Facilities Chargeman

A Facilities Chargeman is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operation of various facilities within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities and to coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM12,000

Part of Operation Team, responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operation of various facilities within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities and to coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Facility Maintenance: Supervising and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities for various systems and equipment in the facilities, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), fire protection, and security systems.
  • Inspection and Troubleshooting: Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential issues, hazards, or malfunctioning equipment. Troubleshooting problems and taking appropriate corrective actions or coordinating with external contractors for repairs.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure the regular upkeep of facilities and equipment. Scheduling and coordinating routine maintenance tasks, such as equipment servicing, filter changes, lubrication, and cleaning.
  • Work Coordination: Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, repairs, and renovations in coordination with other departments, contractors, and external service providers. Ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations while carrying out maintenance work.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that facilities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements. Identifying and addressing safety hazards promptly. Coordinating with relevant authorities during inspections and audits.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, equipment manuals, warranties, and service contracts. Generating reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and facility-related metrics as required.

Human Resources Intern (March 2023 Intake)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia – Department: Sales/Marketing

Level: Entry/Internship – Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: RM1,500 – RM2,200

Part of sales and marketing team. You will have the opportunity to learn and gain exposure to various aspects of sales and marketing.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Market Research: Conducting market research to gather information on target customers, competitors, industry trends, and market conditions. Analyzing data and providing insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
  2. Lead Generation: Assisting in lead generation activities by identifying potential customers through various channels such as online research, social media, trade shows, and networking events. Creating and maintaining a database of leads for follow-up by the sales team.
  3. Campaign Support: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and promotional activities. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content and materials.
  4. Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and sales collateral. Assisting in the preparation of sales contracts, quotations, and invoices. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
  5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Updating and maintaining customer information in the CRM system. Assisting in tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and analyzing data to identify sales opportunities and customer preferences.
